I can totally eliminate two bills by sellin' the busa. I'll also have approx $200 a month more to put against debt after eliminatin' the payment and insurance on the busa. I'm not lookin' at doin' this as the easy way out. This is only one part of my plan of attack. I'm still gonna shave other areas but those cuts are simply not enough to knock it out fast enough.
Besides, until I get somethin' done I can't ride much if any anyway. I can barely cover my expenses right now so there's no money for gas and ridin' expenses anyway. I haven't had a ride since August 14 because I can't afford to spend money on gas. I know it only takes a few bucks to fill 'er up but a few dollars each ride adds up when your budget looks like mine does right now.
I'd probably do the same if I had to bro........always another bike waitin for ya out there........maybe a better one than Da Train even.

Yeah, it won't be permanent. I'll prolly have another ride by the beginning of next ridin' season if I can get things in line quick enough. Not sure about findin' a better bike than Da' Train because she's an awesome ride. I'll definitely be back on two wheels though. The plus side is that when I get another one I'll actually be able to afford to mod it like I wish I could Da' Train.

I was hoping for a little humor with the 'but' subtitle, but felt like the post wasn't going to make me laugh. BT, I know you wouldn't think about selling 'Da Train unless you had absolutely no other choice and I know you have been fretting over this for some time now. As long as you have a plan to get yourself straight that is the important thing. We will definitely miss the ridin' stories, but I'm sure you can take care of us with some plenty of pics to tide us over. Hopefully the paintin' thing may get started this winter and give you lots of ideas for what comes next. The '05 Black/Red is a sweet lookin' machine, but I know you will have a custom job in mind. Just let us know how things are going, so we can help feel your pain, bro'!

BT...I'm not going to say not to sell the Train, because as you know, I was close to that point not long ago. I feel for ya BT. I hope you can get it worked out.

I don't really have a choice on sellin' but I'm not gonna disappear from the board. And you're right about the stress relief, but when you don't even have gas money to ride, watchin' it sit in the garage is just another source of stress. I'll be back on two hopefully by the beginning of next spring.

You're right. Wouldn't even consider sellin' Train if I could possibly figure a way around it. I've tried everything I could think of and nothin' else even puts me close to findin' a way out of the cc's. It's the only option I can come up with that puts me on the road to bein' able to knock this crap out in a hurry. Hopefully I'll be back on two by the time you get home next year so we can do that Deal's Gap run.

Damn damn damn ... I know life is not fair sometimes but it is a terrible thing you having to sell da train. It's a painful but brave decision and I applaud your willingness to sacrifice. If there's anything I can do to help, you know that I will. If anyone from this area decides to buy it, I'm offering the free use of my enclosed trailer, so please use that info in your negotiations. Hang tough Bro ... it's going to get better.
