I just talked with Travis at Apextrackdays and the group discount has been determined. $20 off per rider per day. However the group has to book together and make one lump payment instead of 9 separate bookings/payments. Travis said we are getting a discount because we are willing to commit so far in advance and because we are reducing his workload by booking/paying as a group. Hopefully you guys are comfortable sending me your money so I can make the group's payment.
Day1 (9/2) $215 East Loop - $20 Group discount = $195
Day2(9/3) $235 Full Track - $20 Group discount = $215
Per Rider Total = $410
The group has to pay by Jan15th. So plan to send payments to me by Jan10th.
Once the group pays, no one else can get the discount. Anyone who's been lurking can still get in on the discount as long as you send the money in by Jan10th. Once I make the Jan15th payment, no one else can get in on the discount. You can still go to the trackday, but you'll have to book and pay(full price) yourself.
Right now we only have 9 riders who are definately going. I'm hoping if we can get a tenth rider, without losing any of the riders we have now, I can get a better group discount.

Wife's b-day is Sept 5th and it KILLS my Labor Day every year! I'll start fishing now and see what kind of looks I get about a track day trip next Sept
We have friends in central Oregon that have been to Millers and maybe we can make it a group trip so the wife will be interested....
I'll keep you posted. Wish me luck, pray to (whatever God you may have) and cross any fingers!!!
