Ok. From a Master of the Mountain race last year using full course. Open Superbike:

Open Superbike-Masters of the Mountain-MMP Full Track lap times

3:08 was best. That means if they use the 108% poletime, none of these guys would qualify.

Actually, this looks the fastest: 3:04 by a 600!!

Charles, we prolly would've finished slightly lower than midpack in amateur GTO class with 3:30 laptimes.

hmmm....not if the GTO class is their twins class.

To cut off 50 seconds,  one would have to go through each corner 15 mph quicker,  approx.!!  Holy hand grenades,  that is unbelievable.
