If i remember correctly the dude with the Maxima put a penny or dime in the place of the pop-off disc which normally will burst at around 1500lbs.... No telling what the pressure was up to when the bottle finally let loose....

That looks nasty alright. Must have made quite a bang when it went off, good thing nobody was around. I had a bicycle tire blow up in the back seat one time while on the way to a ride, that was enough for me.
