What exhaust will make the most HP?

Ti-Force duals make the most hp

Every dyno has different readings. Dyno's are a tuning tool, some read higher than others. What people should be looking at is the net gain of an exhaust system. And not everyone does a dyno before and after on the same dyno to compare apples to apples. I got a net gain of 12 hp with my Muzzy M10 and couldn't be happier about it.

I just ordered a Brocks AH it was on sale forabout $950 and the Shortmeg is on sale for about $905 on Brocks website. I am in the process of installing, I just did a small air box mod and have to down load map that for the system. I will let everyone know results.

Make sure you baseline the bike before, NOT just after so you have something to compare the results to. This is more or less to verify the dyno accuracy more than anything but still give you the tuning aid it was intended for... :beerchug:

brocks short meg power commander custom tune got an extra 22 bhp at rear wheel:thumbsup:

Hey guys,

I am sure this will start a big debate:rofl:, but I was wondering what you guys thought would be the best for the most horsepower. I was thinking about going with Brock's sidewinder, but don't like losing the ground clearance. Let me know what you think.

Over the years I've put on many after market exhaust systems, but without other engine modifications, I've found on the dyno, that all I've gained is noise and in most cases I've lost a few horsepower. And no matter how we jetted the carburetors or remapped the computer, and tried various intake filters or velocity stacks, basically all we've gained is noise. In other words it sounded faster. And considering what some of these systems cost for a Hayabusa, I would do some serious hard data checking before putting down the serious cash some of these systems require. But then again, alot of people just want the noise, so their getting what they want.

I to this day dont understand why so many people pay high dollar for a straight through exhaust. any exhaust is better than stock, and it shouldnt matter as long as you get a good tune. I plan on getting a single stubby custom exhaust made from my buddy who makes turbo manifolds for a living. I currently hve stubby tips on the stock header. I like being heard when i'm riding that makes me feel a lil more safe on the road. But thats just my opinion.
