What have you done for your bike today?

Counting yesterday,Changed the oil cleaned lubed and adjusted the chain. Today rode 100 miles came home gave good cleaning cause we headin to the Dragon on Thurs. morning.

300 mile ride with friends and then washed both bikes and put them away for the night.

I lowered and swapped out the wheels and tires and sprocket for the track this weekend...Cleaned (needed it after the 400 mile ride on thursday), removed bling.

Almost ready to load up and roll~!~

Spark plugs, cleaned the chain, cleaned the filter, and an oil change with a new bolt and crush washer.

I took her for a short but hard ride. then put her on a maintenance charge. She told me she needed her idle to be adjusted and her throttle bodies to be synced, and I promised to do it after the next track day.
