What is better

Chain maintenance is easier with one can. Maybe 4 lbs lighter with one can.

Otherwise its all taste.

Welcome to the board.

If you haven't already, check out this thread all about exhaust:

It was written by a board member who also sells the Brock Davidson Enterprises version of the Hindle 4-2-1 exhaust system.  Then check out his website (search for Veltune.com).  Then you can check out Brocks website as well (www.brockracing.com). Then check out HMF's website, etc, etc. This should help you to form your own opinion.

I like the 4-2-1 for the following reasons:
- less weight.  Stock exhaust system weighs in around 30 lbs, my BDE Hindle is about 10.
- much easier to do chain maintenance - lube, adjust, clean.
- if you lay it down on the left side, you won't scratch half your exhaust

-  more airflow = more power.
- looks wicked cool

Calm done NJ. Little slow checking the board today.
HMF here also.
Went out and took new pics, just for you.

pipefighter, have I told you LATELY how much I love those pipes you have?

I know I've said a million times, but I just have to chime in on them again. If I had to change exhausts right now, those would definitely be the ones I'd get. But, since I'm going turbo pretty soon, I'll have to pass.

Im going to go with the HMF dual High mounts... I cant get over how awesome they look. And I hear nothing but possititive things.  Even from the people who have gone with other options dont have anything bad to say.

Shoot If I need any more convincing, I will just drool over the pictures some more

Very good choice. I would recommend getting some extra heat shield and putting it on the fairings. HMF supplies you with some, but just to be on the safe side, put some extra along where the exhaust runs. You should see my fairings. Almost all of the lower halves have shielding on them. Better safe than sorry.
