What kind of blue is the 2000

Vegasdude (and others who have "seen" the 2000 busa's): What shade/kind of blue is the new model? Yamaha blue? (no offence) darker, lighter etc? Curious, so I can scope out a new helmet etc..And how dark in the charcoal grey? since the pictures are quite light and make the bike look like a bright grey. Thanks!

Looks like you've made up your mind Bulldog! Me too.(red) I wasn't there but those that were said the blue was like the Suz SV 650 and the silver was exactly the same shade as the silver/copper Busa.(though it appears nearly white in the pics due to lighting) I'm sure Vegas will elaborate.

It looks like a yamaha blue to me or for that matter a gsxr 750 blue as well.

The 2000 Busas: Red and Grey (the same grey as the 99's Black/Grey). And Blue (like other Suzuki Blues) and Silver (like the frame color.

If someone from your dealer has come back from the Las Vegas Suzuki meeting, they should have the 2000's model book which includes specs and pictures of the 2000 Busa.
No new features are listed for the 2000 Busa - same as our bike with different colors.

The blue of the cold and angry sea beneath the soaring and windy cliffs at harvest time.

The blue of an starry Delhi night sky reflected in the eye of a lonely tiger.

The blue of a ripe sugar plum that hangs in the grassy meadow awaiting a hungry child.

The blue of my ass when I smack my butt on the vise handle for the third time this week.

It's blue. Just get a blue helmet.

Any blue goes with blue.

Except indigo of course...it's very enigmatic.
