With in 1,000 feet .....hhmmmmm. Doubt if U guys have heard of it but I live on Lake Murray . The lake , at one time , was the Largest Man Made Lake in the United States .
 
This is within 1000 feet of my house.. 1st one to name it gets a free beer!

I live 3 miles south of the Boundry line where the Oklahoma Land Run began. And how we got our nickname "Sooners"

I lived about 12 miles from Stonehenge in Wiltshire for 15 years or so.  I still live there when i'm at work.

(Stonehenge is the big ancient stones in England where all the hippies/ druids/ idiots hang out)

Even at 5AM you'll see people wandering around there mystified.

Buddy Holly was born here! thats about it oh and we have the largest cotton compress and largest cotton seed oil producer in the world here
