My dealership told me the new busa's wont be available to the public until march. This is not what i've been told from you guys and other people. WHATS THE DEAL?

Local dealer here got their first 1 in today, black one, i stopped by sat on it, they don't even have a pre-order on it, it's going to the floor at MSRP (11,999) they tried to sell it to me, and i'm just not sure i'm ready to give mine up (don't have the extra $$$ right now anyway. I refuse to have payments on my toys. if i can't buy it out-right, i don't need it.) but it is nice.

they are already arriving at the dealers...local dealership here has already pre-sold their first two...depending on how many your dealership is getting and the local demand, they may have already pre-sold everything they are getting for the next few months................or they may be feeding you a line...like edubb1971 said, check with other local dealers to see what they say

If that dealer didn''t sell alot of Busa's or sportbikes last year, they may be at the bottom of the list for getting the 08s. Suzuki is going to ship to the dealers that moved them last year first.

Sat on one Saturday. Love the new dash and front end still hate the tail. Even the dealer agreed.

Hello.  New member and soon to be owner of an Orange/Black Hayabusa.  I put a deposit down the day the 2008s were announced and am anxiously awaiting my bike.  I should be #1 on the list.  Dealer told me mid to end of October.  I was like WTF? other dealers are getting them, but I guess I can wait a little longer.  Is it just Utah?  We have the salt flats, why don't we get first pick?  

I used to have a 2000 red/gray so I'm not a Hayabusa newbie.  Sold it a couple of years ago.  I miss the awesome torque so I'm buying another.

Ran by my local dealer yesterday. They had a Black/Grey last week. They ordered 28, received the one. Their first 7 are sold!

They told me that Zuk's first shipment was 350 to be distributed to over 1500 dealers. My guess is that the higher volume dealers are the ones to get the first shipment.

I put a deposit on one in the beginning of August. Dealer (very honest) says it should be here mid-October. He hasn't been wrong before so....we'll see!
