What's the quietest helmet?

+1 on earplugs. Don't leave home without 'em.

All helmets are going to be noisy to some extent. The better the shape of the helmet fits the shape of your head, though, the lower the noise. Trouble is, it's hard to tell until you get on the bike. You can try a bunch on in the store, however, to get a better idea of how the different helmets feel against your bean.

That's why some people will say Arai is better, some will say Shoei or HJC. What works for the shape of that person's head may not work for the shape of yours.

Purchase a case lot of these.

Apply open end of trumpet to exterior of ear, depress trigger for approximately one minute three times a day to both ears for one month.
