I work for Rackspace Managed Hosting (www.rackspace.com) as a senior-level tech in the Windows Managed segment.

We're a pretty large webhost. 30,000ish servers, US, Europe, 2000+ employees (soon to be 4000 by 2009) and currently host 3.4% of the internet (puts us at #3 in webhosts globally).

I've only been there for about 6 mos. I've got 17 years of IT, primarily in the insurance industry (bleh).

If I can get a camera past security I will snap a picture of a 1.57 million $$$ Hembrug lathe. Biggest piece of crap I have ever seen in my life. Inner structure is made of granite, hence the price.

Not to anyone's surprise, I'm 18 years old, a full time student, and work at a local sporting goods store for some extra cash. I pay for almost everything I have. Parent's don't pay for school, gas, none of that. But I still love them and have a deeper respect for them. I paid for my car and my bike, and everything on it. (2006 w/ 500 miles)
