they actually are When the bumper gets to high there is a law that covers it I a, pretty sure.

They've got a bar hanging off the secondary frame at the legal height limit, which I suppose "counts" legally.

Still needs laws against it.

A grand??? I saw some Dub Moguls on one of those cars, that wheel runs $2500 a piece and the tire $2000...one of my friends has them on his F-150...pretty expensive hobby if u ask me
