buy K&N oil filters, good stuff, come equiped with nut welded to the top.  Effective filter too.

Yea actually I just started using the K@N also, nice feature just pop a wrench on it and bam.

I use a strap wrench. If the filter is on too tight causing the strap to slip, once aroung the filter with duct tape and she always comes loose. Try it, you'll like it!

Late on this, but K&N is the way to go, I will only use them just because of the nut on the filter.
