Who had a GEN I first???

My gen 1 makes 460 hp on big boost, so the gen II fealt slow when i first got it, its turbo'd now but snow on the ground.

2000 = Awesome! ( wheelie gone bad took her from me ... )
2003 = Awesome!
Nuther 2003 = Really awesome!! ( This bike was magical but a deer took it from me ... )
nuther 03 + awesome!

2008 Beyond Awesome! Smoother, faster, better brakes .... truely a refined Busa

Went from an '03 that I put 11k on in the16 months I had it to an '08 that I've had for 16 moths and put 9k on .Both stock and there's a world of difference between the two . The '08 just feels more complete . The shifts are smoother,cold starts better,brakes are better,it takes the mountain corners better . I could go on and on . IMO it's a superior bike .

I forgot the only thing I like better on the Gen 1 was removing the body work . Far easier(for me at least) to remove the Gen 1 fairings .

'05LE - beautiful bike loved it. Still don't know who borrowed it. Waiting for them to return it.

'06 - nothing bad to say about this one except it doesn't turn well on ice, and definitely doesn't like hitting light poles.


'08 - OMFGWTFBBQ - sorry the nerd got away from me for a second there, but yeah nuff said.


Will I ever go back to a Gen I.. ill own one yes but will it replace the Gen II I don't think so.
