Iv got one coming from ebay, but the guy still has not got it to me. soon I hope.
No, put it on a paddock stand. It'd be a bit dicey to attempt setup while in motion!!Do you have to be riding the bike to program it?
you can get a factory wiring harnes, no splicing just unplug and plug the unit in and thats it...stated easy to install , but is it really that easy , how are you making the cable connections ?
What Speedemon said. The hardest part is determining where to put it. Obviously, if you want to mount in the inner plastics, it's more work.you can get a factory wiring harnes, no splicing just unplug and plug the unit in and thats it...stated easy to install , but is it really that easy , how are you making the cable connections ?
Oh, okay. I asked that beccause one of my co-workers has a K6 with a TRE and his factory gear indicator is now stuck on "5".no silly, it reads the GEAR your in not the map setting for ecu settings.
That`s interesting.... I heard that accumen is very slow when you downshifting quick and clutch disengaged. That is the biggest problem I see. When downshifting from 6 to 3 in a turn I hate to end up in 2nd or 4th....If it did read the resistor network that the ECU uses, it would be much more responsive if you're just tooling around town. Although if you had a TRE, it would read 4 or 5 all the time.
nopei thought the busa has a gear shift indicator, doesn't it?
I haven't got my busa yet!
its F I, not F 1what does the F1 stand for?(on the instrument panel)
