Who loves Pink Floyd?

I love Pink Floyd

I went thru my ticket stubs and found 3 shows

The Wall show Feb 27 , 1980 Nassau Coliseum

Momentary Lapse of Reason Oct 15th Hartford Civic Center

The Division Bell May 18th 1994 Foxboro Stadium

For some reason I never cared for Pink Floyd or the Doors, or music of that type.....don't know why but I never really caught onto these types of groups....
More for the stoner crowd...

I adore Pink Floyd so much...have 2 PF tattoos, and tons of PF memorabilia - saw them once, without Waters, so I saw him on tour two years ago and was supposed to see him this summer, but COVID fixed that...next year, hopefully.

Great share! Thanks!!

I'm certain your Floyd tat's are somewhat more classy than my Judas Priest razor blade tattoo complete with inked in slash marks obscured from view by the watch I can't tell time on...old eyes girl...old eyes.
Rubb.

My PF ones are just lyrics or the title to the song...nearly every tattoo I have is music-related. I'm not nearly done yet - really miss going to get 'em :(

Wish You Were Here -fave PF song and has my/my Dad's birthday under it; he introduced me to PF

The lyrics on my shoulder are to Comfortably Numb - The Wall was the first album Dad ever gave me, so....

Underside of the same arm, not done yet, Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes - my fav song ever, called "The Love I Lost"

And there's a Bowie tattoo in there, hard to miss that one

Very, very nice Em. Well done. All the same artist? I think I see the work of 3 maybe. Good execution, some of that looks to be single needle, which is hard to make look good. All that writing, some artist's just hate to do it because it is tuff to make a nice job of it. Love all the font's,looks like one of a kind. They will be good for life, color is cool and all but black and grey is the way to go. No football this season to razz each other over...how did your team do in the draft? Anything promising?
I have not even read the reports on my Hawk's kind of bothered by the whole Covid thing and it's far reaching effects.
I might post a few tatty pics,you know,drive the ladies crazy...:p
90% of what I sport now looks like jailhouse ink....or perhaps that it was burned in at someone's kitchen table...

Awesome post..thanks for lookin' in.

Thanks Rubb! All the same artist, and I let him design everything and run with it...I just take ideas to him and told him to do what he wants, total trust. Leg has is a cover piece, the black and gray is a sleeve tribute to my Dad, so that's all still in the works and far from done. The Bowie tattoo may become an entire arm in tribute to Bowie, who knows :super:

Need a tat thread LOL

I have no idea where the Broncos are this round - I lost interest in the NFL for a bit, and just when I was starting to pay attention, CANCELLED!

Let me go dig up your turbo Busa fact sheet

All the same artist is always the way to go...develope a trust...same style gives you that continuity that is necessary for full body art. You just can't have Tom,bobo and Harry covering your body with ink.Any thoughts for big back piece? If yer guy can do portraits you could go with a rock n' Roll theme with faces, maybe some famous guitars, words and music...get yourself into one of the tattoo mags. Althou for the true enthusiast it's usually done for oneself. Still rocking the Stang?
Rubb's Ride not to worry, not for sale. I'm keeping this one #5 forever.

I haven't thought about any tats for the back, oddly enough...everything I have is very much in the open and not easily hidden LOL

I do still have the Mustang! She was up on blocks for about 18 months for an oil leak that took a lot of work to get fixed. My youngest actually got her back together recently, now I'm waiting on new tires and rims so she can look newish and pass inspection...I've got a little 370Z that I toy around with now too, so fun with sports cars while Omar collects trucks

18 months...tell Omar to shape up. :p Was it the rear main seal, something big like that? Hey,topic change here, have you heard from my illegitimate son,Ben? I tried a thread on here but no luck. In the big computer crash of 2019... my pc croaked,I lost a lot of info including my H.Org phone and email lists.I think it was GMbusa that posted a little blurb about him. Seems I am always thinking of the old gang from time to time...all the way back then. What like 17 years gone by now. That's wild to think about eh. I start a "where are they now" thread fairly often, but it's rare that the oldtimers poke there heads up outa the sand. Shame really...good times.
Back when it was basically just you and me running the show. I rarely get banned... any more. Ahhh the good ol' days. Life is very different for me now,I'll write you some goodies in the next day or two. You will not know weather to laugh or cry. I often do both, just before bedtime.
RSD.

The 18 months was my fault - I wanted to work on her, we started, then I had shoulder surgery. That takes about a year to recover and is no joke...that was just over a year ago, soooo....

I haven't heard from Ben in a while - I should try to find him on Facebook and tell him to get over here :poke:

And, I never banned you my friend! :p:thumbsup:

I know Doug HAD TO from time to time. It's all good, half my thoughts came out of a bottle back then, its no secret.
The shoulder is a harsh one. The only joint in the body that moves like it does. Well, at least its supposed to. I was in my carport one night, plastered as usual after some knee surgery, lost my balance, dislocated my shoulder.
Stood up...rinse and repeat..did the other side in, AC joint sepparation.Oops. Hehehe. My shoulders are pretty much permanantly fugged. O well, what can you do,I mean besides quit drinking. On the wagon for 6-8 months, something like that. The big issue is my pancreas,it is toast. (from the booze and rock star life-style.) Few times to the hospital for extended stays. Couldn't eat or drink anything...lost 50 pounds.Ouch. The experts have told me next trip to the hospital I will leave in a body bag, instead of my usual cab ride. :D Ahhh..what can ya do,I still have my good looks and charming personality right honey? Don't answer that.
Rubber.
