I'm not quite understanding why the dealer didn't just take care of the tires for you from the get go and then deal with triumph. We do this all the time at work, yeah occasionally we'll have to eat it because the manufacturer find a way to not cover it but just seems ridiculous to make someone who's buying a new bike have to buy new tires or wait for the manufacturer to cover them. I guess I'm still a little angry at them leaving rj out in the elements alone all weekend so probably being a little picky but just seems like the right way to do things. Bike does look good i mean definitely no busa lol  :poke: but nice looking for an adv bike. Kind of interested to see what you end up doing for mods and definitely to see some videos of it on 1 wheel:thumbsup:

Shawn they did not have a Tire in stock to fit the new bike . I'm not exactly thrilled about shelling out 270 bucks for tires today plus mounting / balancing them myself . However the ride now is Smooth , and no road noise either . Tomorrow we are riding 300 ish miles , and just wanted good tires . Plus the Rear is not 3/4 pound lighter than the other lol ;)

Looks like you and the wife can go on a trip to Alaska with the bikes you are both riding now. I dream about taking a month or two off and riding all the way up to prudhoe bay, but most people think I’m crazy for even considering such a trip.

I crashed 3 times today lol. Wife once .

Wife and I rode to our favorite pizza spot for lunch taking the scenic route of course 57 miles only but better than none. Stopped to snap a shot of this mural of Nina Simone who is originally from the town we went for the pizza. For those not familiar with her a brief summary. (Eunice Kathleen Waymon (February 21, 1933 – April 21, 2003), known professionally as Nina Simone, was an American singer, songwriter, musician, arranger, and civil rights activist. Her music spanned a broad range of musical styles including classical, jazz, blues, folk, R&B, gospel, and pop.)
