My little brother (19 yrs. old) said " I don't even tell people that you have a Busa, because that's what everybody says" !! He said that when people ask if he's ever rode a sportbike before, he says yeah, I rode my brothers a couple of times, but when they ask what kind of bike is it, he just says "it's a Suzuki", because as soon as he says "hayabusa" he's lying.

I had been challenged for a few weeks from one of our memebrs we ride with on sunday's by a guy on a kawasucki 600.. first time was he could outpase me on the twisties...( that fell trough from him as that run after I gave him a 1/2 mile strait line start, I got to our meeting point and was having and icee with the team waiting for him to get there... then this last sunday he wanted a strait line shoot out.... I was so mad at myself for letting he get to me every weekend... and averyone we ride with just want me to spank him so bad but ... every now and then i get a good laugh out of it....

I've been told a few times "my 600 will hang with you until we hit around 160 mph, then you'll pull away".......mmmmmhhmmm !!!


you know what, talking to a guy about his club, he said that to get in you had to do a 180 mph run for a certain amount of miles ( I don't remember how far he said), but there was only like 2 Busa's, 3 750's, and the rest were 600's ??

Hey you never know man... he did say one hundred and eighty those 600's CAN do 100 and they CAN do 80... busa's can do both but they just pass both marks so quick it is hard to hold em at that speed.
