Hello, I have a 2010 Hayabusa (EU version) with an immobilizer, and the lockset has a 4-pin connector. Someone tried to steal it, leaving me with a broken lock. After researching online, I found that the EU version is much more expensive, while the US version, which has a 6-pin connector, is slightly cheaper. Can anyone confirm if the US version will be compatible with the EU model?

the 4 pin version just switches the main power on top row, then lights on the bottom row. The USA version the center 2 pins have the 100 ohm resistor that get switched, so you could chop the connector and add the 4 pin. The immobilizer stuff is seperate of the actual lockset.
