Will a GEN 1 tail (or something like it) fit on a GEN 2?

Here is an '04 (GEN1), with a '08 (GEN2) tail on it. ARE WE SURE THAT THEY DO NOT BOLT UP INTERCHANGEABLY!?

You would need, rear fairings, subframe and rear passengers to do the swap from what others have posted.

IF you buy a Gen II and want to sell your Gen I as is, I will do a straight up swap with you for the plastics, subframe, etc so we can both do the swaps we want. My Gen I for your Gen II ass ends

Thanks anyways but I like my GEN1 just fine the way it looks. I just ordered an 11 piece grill set in powder coat black for it.
This will be my GEN2 if they still have it when mine is paid off!
Even comes with a Turbo!
