The enclosures came in today, they are a tad larger than I would like but not can be done about it now, it will have 2 (8) pin connectors, 1 for gear indicator and 1 for gear based outputs, and there will be a harness coming out for power / ground, and gps connections, Tony should have boards monday, so hopefully by the end of the week we will have a few of them put together and ready for trying out in the production form.
Once the boards come in I will be sending a PC board and LED setup to BrendanP who is going to help out with a billet enclosure design for the 7 segment led display
I tossed a biz card on one of them to show size of the box, its large mainly so it can do the gear based outputs and the de-restrictor etc.

are these for the LED indicators or for the digital ones
Will you be able to turn the de-resistor on/off?

Great day today! Tony verified on an 07 GSXR1000 with factory gear indicator that we are in fact outputing the proper values to the ECU for everything but 6th gear, we send out 5th so NO RESTRICTION HEHE!

Quick video and its hard to tell whats going on, but i have boost control solenoids hooked up to 3 of the 6 gear outputs, i actually have it so:
1st gear no boost added
2nd gear gets 1st solenoid with bleed valve (the one with an air line going to it)
3rd gear gets 2nd solenoid with bleed valve
4th - 6th all output to the 3rd solenoid.
They switch from one to the other so quickly in the software (not manually changing gears for the demo here just cycling through gears in software) that its hard to tell when they come on / off etc.
But ITS WORKING!!!!!! No more gps mods for me LOL
Billet Housing is in the works and hopefully available soon for the gear indicator, will be smaller than this one in the video, should be a neat setup.

This is the second one I built, each one will get closer to the real deal LOL. In the next couple of weeks I will have machined cases with panel mounted molex connectors so there will be the gps harness coming out, and 2 connectors installed to the case so it will look cleaner etc. I have a couple of guys just needing boost control stuff without a gear indicator, i tossed a 7 segment LED on there so if there are any issues at least we can know if its reading the correct gear etc.

Plastic cases are being machined for panel mount connectors this week, picking them up friday. DaveO is working on the ECU re-flash so I can further test the 1N23455 operation works correctly.
