Norway Builds the World's Most Humane Prison - TIME
I must admit I am torn about this. At face value, I find it ridiculous. After absorbing it, I think many of it's ideas are good ideas....as far as preparing criminals for successful integration back into society. USA does a poor job of this often. The glaring issue I see is life in prison sounds like a vacation, which could really encourage crime.
Either way, thought y'all might want to read about it.

, it's their SECOND Largest Prison and ONLY holds 252 prisoners ! Well, if you only have, what ? , a thousand prisoners total. I guess Cooking Schools, Jogging Trails, a Golf Course and Tennis Courts. Along with a PRIVATE HOTEL for you to entertain at, on your Family Visits could work. But Kalifornie probably houses more in 2 of their LOWEST Level prisons than they have in their entire Country.
