Why do people cover their tags in pics?
Seriously??? Why?
Security purposes. Same reason you don't go posting your full name, CC#, bank account#, or anything else like that. People can do some crazy things will tiny bits of information. However, I guess if someone was gonna try to use a tag # to get someone's info, they could just drive down the rd or go to some random parking lot. So I guess I don't really know the answer to your question. I know I do it for security and peace of mind. Makes me know that it's not even a possibility.
