Right now i am keeping my bike in the garage but who knows they can stilll get in there and steal it.I looked around for the lojack for motorcycles and its like 700 bucks including installation.Worthwhile to get it?

Just insure it if youre worried. Also preventative measures aid against theft. Keep the keys out of it, lock the garage door etc. Park in well lit areas.
I had a satelite locator on my bike several years ago. One day I decided to see if I could get around it. All you have to do is cover the bike and it loses satelite reception. I covered the bike, put it in my buddys trailer and took it to get tires mounted. It took almost three hours for the alarm company to notify me and the location that it was last track was old the bike was back at my house and they were sending me to the cycle shop. My .02 cents.

alarm with a pager.. (could be next to you when you sleep.. not very effective if you/relative is not close by to monitor it)
i just ordered an alarm paging system recommended by Turbo-Torch..

i was thinking of ADT for home and garage.. but that can be expensive.
good luck.. get to know you neighbors and tell them not to hesitate to call you or the police if they see someone snooping around..

they had an interview with an ex bike thief on tv
He said the #1 way to protect you bike was to put it in the garage -- he was not going to risk getting shot by goin in. (not that he shouldn't be shot for general purposes)
he said #1 place to pick off bikes was bike meets (lot of bikes noise and confusion) they would target the bike they wanted and post a lookout on the owner
#2 was apartment complexes
