Actually, I think either streetntrack or goldenchild (can't remember which) has stated that all the bikes they've been dyno'ing do better with the filter, so not ALL accounts.from all previous accounts the change in air filter nets you about 0 hp on a stock bike.
luckys its so nice and red and shiney
mox
you just hear the "air" more with it? sounds like its pulling more air... just sound's cool!!!You guys keep saying that the bmc filter sounds cool? I didn't know they had a different sound than stock. What do they sound like? Deeper moan or what?
my foam seal would not stick on right so I sprayed some adhesive on it... but I do know what your talking about.Better check the seal on the base of it. I had mine in for the 15k and the guy had to put extra padding on the seal area. You may also want to do the Marble trick now. Mine was backfiring with my D&D and the BMC (street). Added MArble and it smoothed right out.
