We are seeing numbers which may weight in favor of the ZX12 but at an additional cost.
The ($12,000)ZX12 is a bit more in the wallet than the beloved Hayabusa. The slightly heavier Busa wears a 4-2-1-2 s.s.exhaust with two Aluminum cans.
Horsepower is reported a tad higher on the Titanium caned ZX12, and some weight savings afforded by the 4-2-1 exhaust.
The Busa can be cheaply (under $1000) modified to surpase any of these ZX12 numbers by wearing a 4-2-1 and a remap while shedding the weight.
Any way you look at that comparison the real story is, the one that leaves you cash in the wallet.
If the ZX12 is so precious why can you go any where youwant and throw down money on a deposit, I don't believe they are flying off the dealer deposit list. The only thing flying is the Kawplop from the wannabes.
See ya in the Spring, this is going to be a fun summer!
