I just got back from Tahoe, elevation 6285 feet. Seven of us rode out from Portland Oregon. The bikes represented were an F3, an F4, an older Gixxer 1100, a '00 R1, a TL-R, a ZX-9, and my Bus. The two 600s would not wheelie at all. The others would only come up in first. Mine is lowered. If any of you live at altitude, you have not really ridden your bike. There must be a lot of people out there who bought nice bikes and live at altitude that think that they are fast. Please please please be careful if you ever ride in a lower altitude. When we got back I accidentally wheelied my lowered Bus away from a stoplight because I was just riding like I did in Tahoe.
