Oh and the dinners side dish started as Zatarains Jambalaya Rice, and i added cooked onions and peppers.

While everything was cooking, i pulled out a left over piece of ham steak and added that to the rice mix!

All most all pig parts used! Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
