05 gsxr 1000 breaking up under WOT

I took the bike for a ride last night and noticed that it sometimes breaks up for a sec while taking off in 1st gear, and then I noticed it skipping and breaking up under WOT in 2nd last night.
Could this be plugs? bad fuel maybe?
Bike's stock except k&n filter. I only use 93 octane but from different pumps: mobil, hess, sunoco etc.
Any ideas? Thanks guys

I would start with the basics, clean air filter, plugs, check the feul line. Just do a basic diagnostic and use this as a great excuse to take care of a little maintenance.

When is the last time you replaced the sparkplugs? Or did a tune-up?

sounds like a fuel or spark problem.

Ya, like the rest, i would start with the plugs, at the very least....you should be able to tell whats going on by reading the plugs. ie running rich or lean, bad gas ect....
