My initial guess would be it's unrestricted...there is a way you can tell....So dus that mean even though it’s a k1 becors it was made in 2000 it’s unresticted ? If so it would be a very rear bird lol

Good advice right there, the part number will tell you for sure.The paint indicates that it's an 01, it may be that they had a few sets of gauges left over at the factory, or perhaps it was swapped on by a previous owner. Look at the part number on the ECU. That'll tell you.
