16 year old on a Hayabusa killed

In Massachusetts all you have to do is pass the permit test (get 12 of 18 questions right or something like that) then youre legal to ride anything for the 2 years it’s valid. Only restriction is no out of state or night riding.

I was a busa rider on a permit at 20 :poke:

You're obviously the exception as you are still alive....

Take a look at many of your peers at 20 and ask yourself if they should be on a bike like that.

I can say when I was 20 (many years ago), I wouldn't want most of my peers on a bike like that as they were generally pretty wild and didn't respect speed.

I tell a lot of my friends that don’t have bikes yet but have riding experience to get a bike.

But I also make it clear what even a 600 is capable of. But everyone reads that you need a 1000... and some experienced riders try to say that you need that torque.

Most of us can't ride a 600 to it's potential, and certainly not on the street. Nobody needs a 1k as a street bike. They're like us, none of us needs a Busa as a street bike, even the big cats like me could ride something else, we just like em. A lot!
I've heard it from countless older riders and it's true, if bikes like these had existed 30 years ago, I wouldn't anymore!

If that were tried here, people would complain about infringement of rights. The truth is that sometimes we need to be saved from ourselves. This country seems to have a huge problem not understanding that just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
Due to the high number of riders killed or injured in crashes , the cc rating has been there since the 70's. Plus our rego system here is very high too , I pay $528 A year and over $350 of that is the A.C.C. component, that's a state run insurance company that pays for all rehab you get. Even though it may not be our fault we pay more than cars.it does not cover bike repairing/ replacement. That is done through your own insurance companies

Fyi...it is Really hard to ride wheelies on scooters...seriously.
Anything with a centrifigal clutch requires Perfect balance. There is no throttle adjustment to help, as if you let off for only a split second, the front falls, too long, and over you go.
I've been trying to perfect it for years.
But, after busting my ass several times, and my buddies risking a stroke from hysterical laughter, I usually call it a day after a dozen tries or so, lol.

it is difficult unless you are young and live in Tavulia then it is as natural as breathing.

I just like how smooth it transitions through the gear and the ride quality compared to the ZX10-RR. My busa didn't wanna kill me like the zx10rr does.

Sad...
I had an accident when I was 21 (not my fault) but learned a lot more lessons from close calls over the years...
Also started out on smaller bikes.
