Hapo can't spell...not mean to threaten...just wanted a road race...don't like bullys, though...I guess I responded badly to precieved agression...I guess I just got HOOKED! Solo is cool ZX, I usualy ride in that mode myself...others get tired too fast or are too slow...this works out ok sometimes, as I get to ride with and without pals on the same "day".( back roads from Boston to Baltimore and back...right through the Delaware Water Gap) My "goal in life" is to cover 1000 miles in 12 hours, including all stops...haven't come close...no one ever wants to hang in on these runs...I thought the Busa might bring me there, but it is the world holding me back more than the bike...my best time so far is about 14:20 on a fresh, lightly modified TL 1000R ...sounds pretty wimpy, huh? I bet some one out west has bettered this ...but my run goes through some of the nastiest driving conditions you might find in the USA...I'm afraid I spend too much time at or near the speed limit to be "cool", but part of the game is not to get bagged or trash the bike...and the run has its moments...its ok for a day trip...I'm gonna hafto find a new run to get near my goal...maybe into Maine...What! Am I still talking?

It is not about getting hooked it is about having fun hapo.

14 hours isn't bad and you can't compare the congested NE to out west. When I was in the suck I was stationed out there (Lawton OK at Fort Sill, Ft Riley KS and Fort Sam Texas) the roads out there are allot easier to go fast on (excepting OK todd is right about that state had a sale on police officers and they bought a whole bunch). It is allot easier out there to do 1k in 12 hours though. You ever ride up in Vermont? They have some sick roads. You can top your baby out on the road to Killington.

Super Sunday at Marcus Dairy is a cool scene, three dynos, lotsa Harley Women, good food, and every kind of bike you can think of. It should be a real freak show...Oct 10th...maybe we should all wear name tags so you don't punch out the wrong Buasa Boy, you bad ass! KawAbuser should be there, maybe if we haven't killed each other off by then we could all hook up for a Busa Rally...lots of challanging roads around here that head back in your general direction, if you be from NJ...some of you Busa Boys remind me of Bulldoggers more and more...they an ugly group too...but no one ever said the best had ta be pretty!
