1st Annual Hayabusa.org Meet-n-Greet!

SInce I live in Miami FL... Deals Gap NC sounds good to me...

I say we just go to Miami....woo hoo!

I'm most definatly in i agree we either need one central one or 2 ones in the middle of the east coast and the Mid states and another in the Mid of the west coast and the mid states cause us Guys in the middle would certainly like to go to one but to have them on both coasts just wouldn't be fair for us or the Cap

Deals Gap or Colorado sound good to me i've been to neither one so both good places for me to explore

How about we start off in each of our home states. Just to see how that goes. We could also start one for our local city. That way we can see how many of us are true to the H.Org. From there we could try a national meet. Yes/No/Maybe?

This sounds great! Both places would be good but since I am 45 miles from Eureka Springs and have extensive knowledge of the place, I could set most of the logistical stuff up....great bars, legendary rides and the town loves bikers. Already know of a great place to stay, neat place w/ cabins and plenty of space. Know the owners, they would be in....also, unless we are going to do this later in the summer, it rains nearly every afternoon in the Colorado high country during the spring. Not that anyone would melt (except bt for buying a kawa10) but it may be more comfortable down here...unless you're talking August. Best weather in the Ozarks is in September. Wherever we choose, let's do it!!!!

I will do all that I can to be there. Location doesn't matter.

If Colorado is one of the choices, Grand Lake would be a good place to stay....another biker friendly town with great lodging and wonderful campgrounds....know of one that could hold us all. Only one problem, no parts or service for 100 miles. It's also a known fact that both black and brown bears DO NOT like kawasaki's....and only tolarate Honda's...

I say you all have your bikes shiped to hawaii and we do a ride here. besides it is always warm here.

J/k I can't wait to get back to the mainland

Lets pin this up for the next ten days to gather suggestions on the Where/When. Then lets have a vote on one or two meets and nail down a location! I'm good for any of the three locations mentioned.... Time frame is open!

I love the idea, my 1st vote is for Arkansas, 2nd is Colorado. Either will work for me and looking forward to meeting all that attend (even BT Chris..the turncoat;-)

I'm in as long as we can keep it somewhere in the central portion of the U.S. I'm already booked for Laguna Seca and Myrtle Beach for sure next year. One more wouldn't hurt. I was actually looking forward to doing the Vegas thing next year with Doc. Colorado sounds great to me. Wouldn't mind Arkansas either.

My job doesn't allow me vacation time. (we have 2 closings a year which are considered our vacation time)
Hey Zuk4life, I couldn't help it this one, but it did strike a chord with me as being funny. Do you work at McDonalds' or someplace like that?

Only two closing per year? Sheeesh!!

My vote is for St. Louis, MO. However, geographically, I think Topeka, KS is about in the middle of the country. Colorado is too far west. We need to keep it centralized.

By the way, I think this would be the 2nd annual meeting. I believe the first one was held in CA a couple of years ago.

Postal.

Put me down for what ever, You know Ill show up. I vote for Ark. I could even swing by and pick up Cap. or even take him hostage if I have to!!!!

Let me know.

Josh

Fellas Why don't you meet at Cannery Row During the MOTO-GP Races Cmon!!!!!

Where else but to represent to the biggest meeting of sportbikes let alone Busas, anywhere.

Daytona can't hold a candle now.

Or we could make an evnt somewhere else just for us and the other Busa clubs that will be here  we can Call it
"Busa-rama"
or
"the Busade"
or "Big -Ass Busa Meet"

Hehe

C'mon I will do what I can to make it happen.....

Ok even better lets have many multiple events and have the go through a web portal here and have a simultaneous party that will be broadcast via the web....

I'm seriously down for this and I will put ion work for it.

hook up
B.A.R.F. (*Bay Area Riders Forum)
No Limit
the RuffRyders Nor/Cent/South Cal
L.A. Busas

and the others that attend
Alot of the members who attend the AMA/ SBK
will for sure be back this next year for the MOTO-GP.

Any one who has been here knows this is a good place You have Big Sur Hwy 1 South and the Infamous Hwy9 and Hwy 25, the Busa riders fav place to open her up.

I'd be down.. up.. or over for a meet! So long as I can schedule vacation time to coincide with the event date once it's set in stone~

This sounds like a cool idea. I'm up for it. I like the idea of meeting somewhere in the middle of the Country but am concerned that it might make it less likely that as many will make it because of the travel distance. I've travelled many of those roads in NW Arkansas, never on a bike but I know it would be fun. I've been to Deals Gap too but IMO it's overrated. No doubt there are some nice roads around there though.

I'm in.

Count me in.
Let's make it St Louis, Mo
I know how much they like us New Englander's now.
Anytime after the first of April is good with me.
Let's make it nowhere near a Holiday to prevent scheduling conflicts.
