2000 Hayabusa Cranks But No Start When Warm

Do you run stock OEM fuel hoses?
I see they are pre-formed with the correct bends in them to prevent kinking when the tank is lowered into position.
Also, are you running OEM stator and voltage reg?

The hoses have been replaced. The stator assembly and rectifier has been replaced. Bike charges perfectly fine.
If I leave the bike running, it will run all day. Never die or anything. But, you can't stop at a store and kill it because it will not start until its completely cooled down. OEM Stator and Rectifer.
