2005 is nearly over...

Well, this year has pretty much sucked beyond all sucking. However, I did manage to quit smoking.

I'm hoping next year will be a bit better.

2006 fun goals: Ski trips, Busa bash, bike week at myrtle beach, deals gap (again), honda hoot, and the fall busa bash.

2006 tasks: Move into mom's house, sell my house, start on the new house/("compound"), attempt impregnation of wife, pay crap off, attend glock armorer school, build better range.

That's all for now.

This year has been good for me. I bought my Busa in Feburary. Joined Hayabusa .org and made new friends. My family is with me and we are all healthy. I have ridden 7300 miles this year so far and still have tomorrow to go. I made four trips to the gap, made lots of new friends. Went to my first AMA race at Road Atlanta, Got to take four laps around the track at the Suzuki owners event. Went to a track day ( I only watched ) with Kevin ( VMAN1300 ) and had a blast. My daughter Halie killed another deer, 6 pointer, 155 lbs. My other daughter Lauren got her learners licences, not to sure about that one, haha. I hope next year will be good to all of us and keep each of us safe.

...and I think I need to stop watching the news so much!
I hate the news... The only part of the news I'll watch is the weather forecast occasionally just to see if any off days look like they might be ridin' days.

Speaking of that, Sunday is supposed to be sunny and 63 degrees. I'm plannin' on rollin' out if I don't stay out all night Saturday and sleep all day Sunday.

You see enough of what's ON the news, so you don't need to watch...

Enjoy riding! I may take a spin myself...if it's nice...

Speakin' of music, I just picked up Disturbed: Ten Thousand Fists and Nickelback: All The Right Reasons... I think ROCKSTAR by Nickelback is my current favorite song of all times and most anything by Disturbed just plain frickin' rocks.

And you're right, I've seen too much. Saw (and smelled) somethin' last night that I'll never be able to get out of my head (along with the last 12 years worth of similar stuff)... No need to hear about it on the news to remind me of it.

I can't wait for 2005 t end! Totaled by busa in August, Hurricane Rita took out alf of my place in September, fighting both insurance companies for both the bike and property still. Almost had to put two of my older dogs to sleep but thank god they pulled through! Oh and I turned 50 in July.
Looking foreward to 2006, can't turn 50 again, new busa and my pups better health. Thats what I will be asking for tonight when I bring in the new year!
