i tried getting in touch with them off and on for 2 weeks and finally gave up when all i ever got was the answering machine...we'll find everyone somewhere to sleep one way or another

Everyone that has a reservation at Pointe West needs to contact them immeadiately to confirm rooms. I just talked to TRENT and he was a little confused to say the least.
Contact TRENT @ 1-479-244-6272 ASAP !!
Everyone that is on the list needs to CONFIRM rooms !!!
Just confirmed our room, 204, Coming in Wednesday and leaving Saturday.
I had room 210 booked since 1-27-10.
Who moved me?....and who is Lang?

"Sorry sir but we have down for the apt. you had switched from 210 to the apt. and Lang took 210 is what we have!!! I dont know what you guys got going on your webpage but I think there is a clear case of miscommunication! I dont know who your group organizer or leader or whatever his or her title is but, could you PLEASE have them contact me A.S.A.P.

Everyone that reserved a room should call him and let him know what room they were reserved for so he can straighten it out.

Semi said DR1300R has the apartment.
i don't know everyone's real names so he and i can't coordinate the names and room numbers...he said the 2 rooms he had as empty were 202 and 109 which are both showing as filled on our list...i contacted Macon and he is calling about 202...does anyone know BusaJim08 or how to contact him as he is showing as 109?
Maybe we can send out pm's to all who show going on this thread and have them respond to what room they have if they requested a room when they reserved it and under what name. That way you will have rooms and names and screen names.
Those who dont repsond can fight for the leftovers
