2012 Eureka Springs June 1-3

For those of you who have not been to the Eureka Springs meet, if the Pointe West is full, there are plenty of motels in town, just a short winding ride from the Pointe West. For you campers, there is a nice camping spot with bathrooms and showers, right by the Dam.

I've stayed at the 1876 and Candlewick Inn before. Out of those 2, I prefer the 1876.

RM. 203 for me 1st thru 3rd.

KATHY AT POINTE WEST STATED APARTMENT NOT AVAILABLE BUT 2 SINGLE KING BED RMS. #210 AND 204 ARE AVAILABLE.

just received a call from Kathy at Pointewest, they had a couple rooms open up due to people choosing to use the apartment instead of taking individual rooms...therefore, the apartment is no longer available but rooms 204 and 210 are...both of those rooms have a king size bed in them :beerchug:

Just got off the phone with Kathy..Ok- so I changed to room #204 I only need one bed ....that means #208 is free with two double beds and #210 with one king size bed. sorry about the confusion. I figure this will free up another bed.

you are updated...thanks for doing this, it will make it a lot easier for a couple other people to share a room

If someone wants to split costs and share a room let me know. According to Pointe West the room I have reserved has two beds.

good news and bad news..GOOD NEWS..wife got promoted to District Manager...BAD NEWS her Regional manager has same weekend off- regional trumps district....so I either go solo or not at all...if go solo will give up my room and try to split cost with someone. Really dont want to miss this trip....

thinking.............. I have done an IBA SaddleSore 1000 and did over 1500 miles last year for the Tour of Honor. So OK with BUTT-durance but the time off work is the X-Factor :banghead:
