All that article says is that the dyno session verifies the bike makes 197hp. 174hp at the wheel translates to 197hp at the crank, taking into account the ~12% driveline loss.

Guys you have to put into consideration different dyno brands read different from each other, and can be up to 15%.

I dont think this dyno is a dynojet type.

I know it shouldn't matter and they all should be reading the same, but my dynojet200 reads higher than my friends mustang type dyno, Almost by 10%.

If you ask any car dyno owner he can confirm this as they see alot of difference between the 4 or 5 major dyno brands.

For what it's worth. Here in hawaii, I had my '08 dyno'd and all I have are the Two Brothers slip ons and the dealers dyno'd my '08 Busa @ 165hp to the wheel.
Not the most impressive #, but the bike is still CrAzY sCaRy fast and powerful. I am happy..
