2nd gear bad in my 05LE,Pt2

Just dropped my bike off to get the tranny fixed under warranty. They said if they pull it apart and there is no sign of defect, I'm liable for everything. What should they see ? Missing tooth, chipped tooth, ?

Also, who should i get to cut my tranny, Schnitz,Gast ?

he also shouldve told you that 99.9% of transmision problems that suzukis have are operator error cause that was told to me buy suzukis rep and thier supervisor at the warranty # , i am still waitin for my bike ! sorry for bein so negative but thats exactly what my dealer told me , then i got the call to come see the parts and get the estimate , at which point i basicaly felt like there was a gun to my head and i had no options , bike in pieces no warranty ! exactly what they tell you is what they will tell suzuki and that is what suzuki goes by , good luck! i hope your experience is better than mine ! it would make me feel alot better about suzuki , all the people that i have talked with cause of this proiblem have ended up footin the bill, you should know soon ! keep postin progress !

in my case the dogs were rounded ,and shift fork scuffed , and they said that suzuki warramty is for the oem repair , they actualy offered me 400 dollars toward the repair " good will offer "which i could not apply to the non oem repair the estimate i recived was 2200 for oem repair , or 1500 to send it out to be back cut ! it took them ten days to give me the goodwill offer if i had given the dealer the ok to fix it before then suzuki said they wouldnt be responsible , alot of the oem parts were on backorder and they couldnt even tell me if they were made yet ? then if they were shipped on a boat , held up in customs , what location they came into the us . so i was basicaly forced to take the non oem route , but we were lookin for the parts a month ago , lots couldve changed , i hope its a speedy repair cause i am flippin without a bike in the mid summer ! it sucks !

Did they ride it???If they did then some knucklehead could feel that the gear is gone...If your gonna undercut I believe that one of the more popular is Research and Development...If you can't find them hit me and I'll get the info for you...The gear will be slightly shaved as well as the forks...Make sure they replace no less than 2nd and 3rd preferably all...
