the movie would have been 9999 times better if they all had busas and a spear in 1 hand
Now that would have been extremely far fetched!! come on!!
unless of course each Busa Spartan had a pillion Spartan that handled the spear.. then ok I could believe that then..

Ok, I have seen it, so time to jump in the waters here.
First off I must say I love the movies.
I don't go often enough, but anyways that movie was nothing to write home about.
Good action and nice digital enhancements, but otherwise not so great.
Reminded me of a movie with Patrick Swayze called " Red Dawn".
I sort of wanted to yell out Wolverines during the battle scenes.
And as for that actor who plays McNulty on the HBO show The Wire, he should stick to being a cop in Baltimore.
Cause he sucked out as a Greek statesman.
Go see it if you choose, but it is no Academy Award winner.

Like I said. not everyone is going to be excited about it. but I enjoyed the heck out of it and cant wait for it to come out on DVD
Of course I try not to nit pic movies anymore. I learned after I worked on fighter aircraft ejection seats then going to the movies and watching top gun, all I kept doing was analyzing the movie and picking it apart. kind of ruined the movie for me and everyone else who was with me.. so I try to enjoy movies for what they are, movies.
And this one just happened to have a good amount of historical accuracy to it.
