i'll keep the stock mufflers on for now. We pulled out the baffles that are in the pipes leading to the muffler and they sound a little better without changing to much. Man-o-man-a-shevets my wallet is hurtin from all this modifaction stuff. New cans will have ta wait a bit. You dont think they look cool? i kinda like the way it came out. Highly modified without looking like things were just stuck onto it.

damn that is nice. but i am sure taking the bike around corners is going to tough, damn these tires are wider the the tires on jeep

The real test will be today. its finaly sunny here in CT and we are going for an extended ride. i will be bringing tools with me just in case. I drove it last night and the first gas station i got to everyone came over to see it! even an old timer went out of his way to say " Jeeze! ill bet thats fast" ill bring camera with me today to show you guys tonight. The bike handles very different. when cornering you almost have to hold the bars from turning sharper than you want. i think thats called over-steer? i just have to realy hold on tight... Yaaa-Hooooo!

The first show i went to was un-friggin-believable!!!!! i was the only rice rocket there and still i was swarmed with folks asking... "what the hell???"" Look at the "normal" sized tires to my <<<< left and right!! >>>

I'm not much of a fan of stock cans, they're just too plain, no pizaz.
I think some carbon fiber cans will look good on that bike.

That tire makes the cans look like pea shooters, your going to need 10 inch diameter ones just to balance out the look

Looking forward to the longer ride evaluation.

Would it have fitted without as much extra length in the swingarm?

Cheers
Ross

10" over was the shortest length possible and still allowing the jack shaft to work. at about 10mph Just rolling the throttle back leaves a nice 30 foot strip

Lady just hit me on the highway!! she got a ticket for following to close and failure to yield. the bike went slidding acrossed the road and under and through the cable guard rails scratching the hell outta everything!
