Small world....You won't believe this but I now own your old Bike, had a c&s arm on it with a outlaw rear wheel....I would like to know if you sill have the Scorpio Sr-I500 alarm keypad???If so can I buy it?

Here it is sitting in my shop...before disassembly
Hello, Thats wild you have my old crashed bike! i sold the scorpio remote to someone here on the board. you can just get a new one from scorpio and re program it i think.

By the way, that motor was taken very good care of .... well until that night... LOL
i still have the original rear tire/rim set up here.
Okay will order one...The bike runs good...and is very strong...

(05BusaLe @ May 25 2007,15:56) Why so large in the rear? Do you drag race? Or is it just for looks?
i don't race or go into shows, i just like the freaky look. even when i pull into a hard core Harley type biker bar the old timers say to me " Kid, i normally don,t like those plastic rice rockets but DAMN! That thing is SICK lookin!"

i also don,t "bling" it out. no super long swing arm, no chrome, no pin stripping, no neon... that sort of thing is not for me. I like it to look like i just stuffed a gigantic monster tire under the the bike, kinda the look of a like a stockish '66 Nova with wheel tub's and fat street slicks... a sleeper.
Yeah, I noticed that about your last build. I was hoping in this rendition, you'd at least get a matching front rim though.

Glad to see you're back at it. I downloaded all of the pics from your crash thread way back. I am sure you know you're lucky to be here.

I enjoyed your write ups during the last build, and look forward to this one.

I may get the matching front rim from RC components in the near future but as they are $1,000 it may take a little while. i just dumped $5,000 into the kit and extras.

so what your describing as far as handling is "useless" ?

I'm sorry.. I just can't get into it. It looks nicely done though on both bikes.

glad yer in one peice mano after the crash.. that sounded brutal

You need a wide tire swingarm...I can get you one if you want..Who sold you that wheel?did they say it would bolt right up?Did they not say anything abot needing a arm?[/Quote]
Tire and wheel I had 4 a while. It came from a so called Bud I assembled a Fat Ba$tard kit bike for. Guess it was my pay! Venom 250X18 on a 8.5" wheel. If it wouldn't look so funny I think i could stuff it with a 520 chain and a bit of moding to the R side of the arm?

Well thats one of the great things about bikes, everyone can set them up the way they like.
I drive more miles then 90% of all my friends here in CT and i do it on freaky lookin bikes.
To each his own i guess.
by the way this new bike has a 330 tire, the old one had a 300. The 360 kit was almost $4,000 extra for some reason or i would of gotten that one!

WooooooW! What a loong day! started workin on the busa at 2PM just stopped now at 9PM and got quite a bit done. heres the progress so far Guys.
Bought a tent to keep the little bitties off us.
Removed the plastic body panels, swing arm, OEM shock, mufflers, entire tail section including electrical connections, etc..
Getting the swing arm hinge bolt out was fun. had to make my own tool (See pix)

stage 4, 8" over swing arm installed with 330 Avon tire. The guys at Roaring toyz did their home work when building this massive swing arm. Very heavy duty. all the ends and critical areas are not square tubing, they are milled billet aluminum. very nice work.
