Thanks for the compliments everyone! It was a way to kill an afternoon and I would have attempted it without reading the all the "how to's" I found here. I definitely wouldn't try to make another set of these things, they were definitely a pain. I even found myself today tweaking on them after I went for a ride today, trying to get them perfect.

I bought mine from postal back in 2006 - 2007. From memory they were cheap. He formed them just like yours and included the tail from memory. Color matched too.
