Alarm System!!!!

I got the word from the dealer today that they have the paperwork for my LE. I should have it by Monday the 25th latest 29th. 29th is my daughters birthday. Hell yeah!!!! I need an alarm. What's the best? What are you guys using on yours?

Scorpio SR-i500 is the one most everyone here will recommend. As shenoyp said, check out the group buy KS-Waterbug got started. Pretty simple install and should take no more than an hour.

I appreciate all the info. Today I went to the dealer and ordered the Scorpio SR-I500SE Alarm for my quite not here yet 05 LE that I should have by weeks end.

Took me all of 20 minutes to install the Scorpio w/ perimeter sensor...didn't use factory harness kit, the generic one they send is fine...Not going to use the anti hijack kit....if someone want to hijack from me I am just gonna kick it over onto a frame slider and pull out my own anti-hijack kit that sits in my pocket....Titanium S&W .38....if he can get the bike after that then he deserves it....But what peace of mind I have now with the alarms....set it on page only when I am around so I can scare the s**t out of whoever has the nerve to try...

also have dual disc locks and a cable lock on the cover....so I don't see it as very possibly to get....scared some little kids a while back that were just looking at it closely....I love this thing....best mod ever....

Awesome mod. I have 2 disc locks and a cable also. What's funny is by the time the cut even puts a dent in the cable the alarm will start blaring off!!!!

I think the damn alarm would be going off b4 they even touched the cable on mine....just waiting for that middle of the night page going off....At night I have it on strictly page so they don't know I'm coming....FIrst thing, release the dog second thing, release me, third thing, detain subject and wait for police....

I think your sensitivity is up higher than mine. Damn racoon keeps mine beeping all night. some one would shoot me if I cranked it up.
