I'm in too deep now brother , I managed to score an oversize EU 64+ 2 piece latest Dainese suit and another lower pants only EU60 that I sort of fit . Here is some hastily snapped up pics of collection bike attire . Yes D1 but in Nero bro !!
PS. those small boots are Alpinestars , re-laced with breakaway laces so never get hooked on gearshift . Don't know why these companies insist on laces nowadays .

Very nice! Ya just can't beat a black race suit, way better looking than all the fancy coloured suits these days.
Laces, hmmmmm. I stopped wearing lace up booys on my bike after I hooked the lace loop om the gearshift, I came so close to falling as I approached a set of lights, only just saved it. Laces are a curse I reckon.
Hey, you may wanna change that tea towel on the oven, stained to hell lol.
I like all natural timber in your place, my house is similar, 20 years old and loads of timber and I have a lot of natural rimu furniture too.

This house is 52 years old bro , and that tea towel is double heaped per cup coffee stained , now my only drug of choice and only 2nd day from fresh / new ...haha .
I have also been caught by sandshoe / sneaker on gearshift on GSXR1100G tooling up to red light turn , back in the day . Suddenly couldn't put my foot down and gave it one almighty yank and just made it before I fell . Lucky ,could of squashed my head from passing traffic .
That's why nowadays I run those Alpinestars with the different set up , and never any other lace up shoe or boot .
I've been meaning to say Kiwi Rider , I really like that paintwork your Gen 1 is modelling , share the story and give us the details bro .

I had a mate years ago had a GSXR750G with the classic blue/white paint. I loved the look of that bike.
He had a fatal accident a few years back, so it's a bit of a tribute to him as well.

I'm a fan of Ali-Express and saw the fairing sets they sell, I saw the blue and white Yoshi branded set and inquired about altering it to suit my tastes.
The way they had it was too over the top with stickers and had too much red in it.

They charged an extra $30 for the mods (paint changed from white to pearl, ditch the stickers etc, ditch the red on the lowers) and I pulled the trigger.
It took 11 weeks to arrive and I had to give the tax dept a screen shot of my bank statement showing the transaction coz they wanted the 15% GST... that was $140.
All up it was $963 landed and taxed so a very good deal.
The quality is very good, absolutely NO fitment issues and it took about 6 hours to fit it to the bike, oh with drinks breaks included lol.
I've covered 5000kms since fitting it and it's weathering very well. I'm very happy!!
I also put away the original fairings in the big box the chinese ones came in.
Honestly, I've had people drool over the bike and they wont believe they are Chinese replicas, the tank cover is the proof they need coz you can just see the bottom seam of the red tank under the tank cover.

Well I am an Arai guy may try AGV just to see if they're as good. But the shoie with the teeth is bad a$$ so if an intervention occurs i will buy some lids to help if you rock xl.

Arai ruined me kust as the sales rep told me. You won't be happy with anything else. Brand new Bell helmet with transition visor & I cut into because it wouldn't flow any breathable air. I maybe sick too.
