And the hits just keep coming - Obama Lies part 2

as far as the wmd goes, like in part one, alot was burried in the sand as promised by saddam...but this time he had alot of lead time to hide / export / dismantle them. couple that with less than solid / current intel with redtape delays and walah. if the dea would do the same, there would be alot fewer drugbusts to read about.

Bush said that they had weapons of mass destruction and come to find out they didn't. Anything to send us to war.

if you believe they didnt have WMD then you are pretty much clueless. That isnt meant as a slam. It is just a factual statement

from 2003:

Mustard gas and cyanide have been found in river water in the Iraqi city of Nasiriya, coalition forces said yesterday. The poisonous substances are believed to have been dumped in the Euphrates either by Iraqi soldiers fleeing from U.S. troops or by local factories that produced weapons of mass destruction.

A spokesman for the U.S. marines, based outside the city, described the quantities of chemical agents found as “significantâ€￾ and claimed that it was further evidence that Saddam Hussein has produced weapons of mass destruction. The poisons were discovered by the marines’ scientists who were testing the quality of water taken from the Euphrates before purifying it and distributing it to the residents of Nasiriya, a city of 250,000 people.

Guess we forgot about the video's of the trucks hauling WMD's out of their known locations to hidden locations.

Don't forget to add...
And your an Administrator so you can say whatever you want.
I just calls them as i sees them.

My comment wasnt directed at you so your response to that particular comment was not required, it was only provided by you as a way for you to be antagonistic without cause.

Are you going to coin in with anything productive or are you just here to stir the pot?

So far all I have seen the troll do is stir the pot, I have not seen an intelligent comment out of the individual yet. At least nothing that is worth my time to contemplate and cause me to re-evaluate my position on things

No offence Ron, but I do recall you saying after he was elected that you had confidence in him till he proved otherwise. Guess it didn't take him long to change your tune...

What did you expect? ???

I expected him to keep compaign promises.

I didnt expect him to allow tax payer money to be given to AIG which in turn would allow them to pay out millions of dollars of bonus's to the very same people who ran the company into the ground.

I did not expect him to consider making veterans pay for their own combat related injuries

I did not expect him to try and prevent airline pilots from carrying guns that would allow them to better protect the aircraft and passengers

I did not expect him to snub our English allies

I did not expect him to sign a bill that had over 9000 ear marks (I think that was the number, but it was at least 4000 I beleive and since in his campaign he highly criticisied ear marks and vowed to get rid of them I think him signing any bill with more than 100 ear marks is hypocrticial and shows he either had no idea of what being the president would be like which shows he did not have what it takes. OR he made a campaign pledege that he easily shrugged off which totally lacks integrity.

He is doing a lot of things I did not expect. And he is moving so fast doing everythng I am I have issues with I am concerned he has a real ability to do major harm to our country.

That is what has changed.

And I dont believe I ever said I had confidence in him. I think I stated something to the effect that I would give him a chance until the point where I felt he was screwing things up.

Too many bad changes too soon.

have you noticed his approval rating? I saw a news report yesterday showing his approval rating has dropped to 59%

It isnt just me or people on this board who are becoming concerned. his actions and non actions alike are concerning everyone across all party lines.

you all act like our current situation can be changed like that. Well it can't and there is going to be problems along the way. As far as Obama going back on his word. Which president hasn't did something that he said he wasn't going to do if he got elected into office. Bush said that they had weapons of mass destruction and come to find out they didn't. Anything to send us to war.

It wasn't just President Bush. There was compelling evidence that they were there. Both Democrats and Republicans in Congress had access to the same intelligence, and concluded that there was enough evidence to vote to go to war. The BS later from the Democrats that President Bush lied to them about the WMD to try to steal votes was pretty lame. Basically they are saying they voted to go to war just because the President said so without checking any of the pacts. So either they lied, or admitted they are just puppets.

Ron, I was prolly off a little bit on my recollection. I believe you had good faith in him as our "newly elected prez" Lets put it that way. And nothing wrong with that at all.
I was teasing you just a bit!

As I've stated before, they are all NO GOOD....

Fact: President Bush (or should I say BASH) worked on current intelligence.. (and I think it was accurate) did what any sitting president would have had to do..

You can pick WMD, human rights or the Genocide he was committing as a reason to go in.. I find that the VERY SAME people that are screaming the loudest also want us in Africa to stop the trouble there (genocide as well).. I guess I do not understand how anyone can expect it both ways..

Bush had to deal with literally 8 years of what Obama has had for less than 100 days.. Again the SAME PEOPLE that played the "Bash Bush" game are also complaining that Obama is now getting the backlash of 8 years of "you suck" political stategery.. waa waa waa.... get over it, you started the game, you get to play it from the defensive side now...

Bush made hard decisions and did what he thought was right.. (maybe without the help of the Princess and co. ??)

It will be 20 years before we know how right or wrong they were.. if you think otherwise? then you are probably pretty young and do not remember the last 6 or 7 presidents..

My faith in Obama? not very good.. why? he is a campaigner and a great orator but so far, he lacks that leadership ability to pick a path and think it through before shooting off his now famous "Zero earmarks" or half a dozen other promises that are now way gone..

He simply follows what is handlers tell him to do (Pelosi and Reid?)

His stimulus package is slipping down the toilet so fast that it is dizzying... AIG bailout.. many of us conservatives howled at that when it started and called it a mistake.. well $170B later?? it was a bad move and they are going belly up anyway..

now you have a trillion+ dollar repeat... honestly, you want the economy stimulated? get off our backs you sap sucking blood thirsty dirt bag POS out of work lawyers gone politicians.... Give me my tax dollars to put where I know they will do the best.. my life..

As we step closer to some kind of a tax revolt or social revolt.. the single digit approval rating our leaders get should be the only thing they need to see....

anyway... there went my 5 minutes of political noise for the week... now anyone else in for a "Tax Strike"?

Not trying to stir any pot, everyday there is a new thread on why Obama is bad and he was one of the people that agreed to stop posting the stuff.

And before anyone respond's .... You say its information I say Its mudslinging, who is right ?
