SD, a bit of advice,keep a careful eye on the o-ring seal on your gas cap,I bought one from a member that had a bad seal on it,cost me hundreds in tank replacement,new injectors,and labor.The stock one is back on mine and thats where it will stay!

Speed ... I have been looking at the bike .... and I think I may have someting that would just fit like a glove
God knows I have a room that literally looks like a Hayabusa factory exploded ... I have 6 of everything I think .... ANYWAY
I happen to have these ... I am not going to be using them anymore ... They are virtually brand new

Speed how do those mirrors work? Any loss of rear vission?

By the way ... Did everyone else notice that he has removed the "S" from the tank .... VERY VERY classy touch ... Cleans up the bike BIG TIME
Speed ... I actually need your help after looking at your pics ... I am an avid believer of the Valentine One ... I have one in all my cars etc ... I am curious how you mounted yours on the bike .... I'll buy another one in a heart beat ... I like where you have the motorcycle adapter !!

Those arata sets are lookin pretty sweet!
But after my last purchase am gonna have to hold off for a while, but I would love to see what else you got in "the room"
Maybe if I buy some nice stuff for the wife I could spend a bit more on the bike
Yeah that 's' on the tank had to go; it really makes it look a lot cleaner.
As far s the V1 goes, I have to say the mounting position isn’t the best but deff works, so far.
The adapter is hard wired into the bike and I just use the suction mounts on the windscreen when I am running the detector, I will try to find a pic, the prob is it blocks your view of he dash a little bit, like the time, FI light and oil light, but doesn’t block when at a full tuck.
You don’t even need headphones with it bec if you turn the volume all the way up its really loud.
I was a little nervous at first trusting the suction cups but I just use some electrical tape around them to hold it secure. I know somewhere they make for a more permanent mounting, drilling through your windscreen, not sure where to get that but I am thinking radarbusters.com has it...
it has deff saved my ass a few times, but recently I haven’t been using it bec if I am flying down the parkway I don’t even wanna know that there is a cop up ahead

you can see the adapter is mounted diff and the gear indicator is still there, also its a db windscreen which is no longer.
as far as where the radar is with the stock profile windscreen i moved it all the way forward as far as it goes untill it hit the dash and mouted it there to the windscreen, you cant do it that way with the DB...

actually i really like how they work there is a very small loss of vision but really minor, the stock mirrors arent all that great to begin with and these deff dont make a big diff.
bec of the shape of the actuall mirror you can still see very well.
Grabntwist also noted that there was a very small loss if any at all.
i had ordered ones with longer stalks but they screwd up and sent me these in the end i am happy they did since these look HELLA nice, and work just fine!
