Hi there that is actualy a headlight protector and it is normaly made in clear / red / yellow or blue polycarbon you stick it on with 4 piece of velcro tape the reason for these covers is to protect your headlight against stone's and sand blasting i will post a pic of these covers just to show you what it looks like

To replace a headlight here in SA is app $500.00 this cover is only $50.00
