Any superchargers for Busas?

I noticed some of you have turbo or spraying Busas. I don't ever recall anyone saying they have a supercharged one. I decided to check a few websites and came up empty.

I was just curious to know if they make any for us, and if so, why aren't they as popular as NoS and turbos?

Isn't that close to $6,000? Hmmm, I wonder if anyone here has taken that route.

I think they cost just as much as a good Turbo but with out the lag and the extra heat. I was qouted a price of $5500.00 I agree it is steep... But like they say you get what you pay for... I am going to wait til my extended warrenty runs out and if I still have my 04 Busa I wil get a Supercharger...

Blowers are cool. I used to have an oil cooled Gixxer with a blower, it had ridiculous low end. The problems I encountered were extreme heat, and lack of top end. Turbo's generate heat, but do not lose efficiency at higher rpm's. TTS claims to have solved these problems with the way their blower is designed, and perhaps they have. There was a blower Busa at the St. Louis ProStar race, it sounded evil, and ran pretty good.
At very least it's something different......

California Superbikes has the TTS kits . They use the Rotrex blower . It's a different beast and fairly efficient .

As far as I can tell they are only available in clockwise rotaion units . Kinda screws up trying to drive the unit on an aircooled Ducati
